In YouTube Music, tap the three dots next to the song, then Share → Copy link. If a friend sent you the link in a message, just copy it from there.

Because the two services are entirely separate systems. A YouTube Music URL points to YouTube Music's own copy of a recording, identified by a service-specific ID. Spotify has no way to read that ID, and neither company offers a way to translate a link into the other's format — so tapping a YouTube Music link on a device without YouTube Music just opens a web page or an app-store prompt.
