PlayOver relies on third-party APIs including Odesli to look up music across platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of links provided by PlayOver is subject to the terms and policies of each respective streaming platform.

Intellectual Property

PlayOver and all associated logos, designs, and content are the property of KHughes Consulting Inc. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PlayOver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that PlayOver will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will successfully convert any particular link. Streaming platform availability and link accuracy depend on third-party services outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KHughes Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PlayOver, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of PlayOver after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
